From the moment one of your instruments enters in our laboratories you will have a totally free access to our web portal, where you can control and monitor your inventory. From MetroSAICA Lite© you will be able to access to the list of equipment in calibration process as well as the historical data of your calibrated instruments. You will also be able to download at any moment the certificates and reports in digital format, with the validity that the electronic signature provides.

MetroSAICA Lite© ffers an automatic warning system that can be activated at any moment in order the list of elements regarding calibration or expired instruments to be notified.

For our customers who require greater self-management of their calibration plan in accordance with their specifications, we make available MetroSAICA©, an enhance and complete on-line application that satisfies all the needs of your Quality Management System by means of a modular and totally customized version.

DIGITAL CERTIFICATES AND REPORTS

SAICA S.L. COMMITTED TO THE ENVIRONMENT

The on-line management capabilities of MetroSAICA Lite © allows the possibility of control all related documents and records paperless.

All SAICA calibration certificates issued are digital and have electronic signature implemented, which enables your company to have this information without the need to be printed and stored physically.

We use the digital signature by means of digital certificates issued by Certification Service Providers through CERES, providing:

  • Confidentiality: Only your company will access the calibration certificates issued.
  • Integrity: The guarantee that the downloaded document coincides with the document issued without the possibility of change.
  • Authenticity: Capable of determining if a list of people has established their recognition and/or commitment regarding the content of the electronic document.
